Kirsten+Jon were married at the Duke Chapel and immediately following their ceremony, we headed over the Sarah Duke Gardens for some fun pictures of the bride+groom! It was such a beautiful location on the campus and it had JUST stopped raining (perfect timing!), so the garden's were quiet and the temperature was nice.
After we left the Sarah Duke Gardens, everyone gathered at the FABULOUS The Washington Duke Inn for the wedding reception. There were tears, there was laughter, and there was ALOT of dancing!
Kirsten+Jon, we wish you nothing short of the BEST in your years to come! We are so glad we were there to document your big day! We hope you enjoy the images!

We met Kirsten+Jon last summer when we shot Kirsten's sister's wedding (Ashley+Ryan), and we were honored when Kirsten approached us to shoot her wedding at the Duke Chapel on Duke University's beautiful campus. Kirsten looked stunning in her Vera Wang dress, and Jon never stopped laughing and smiling the entire day.
Kirsten+Jon, we hope you are having fun in the Dominican Republic on your honeymoon! We LOVED getting to see you again, and we kinda feel like you are part of our extended family! Here are a few images from the first part of your day. More to come soon!
