Mackinac Island Wedding, Fort Mackinac // Kendra+Michael

Kendra+Michael were married over the weekend at the Somewhere In Time Gazebo, and we laughed SO much with these two while we captured their wedding day (they are so much fun!)!  Here's a sneak peek at one of my favorite images as they rode the carriage past Fort Mackinac to start off their ride!

Mackinac Island Wedding, Mission Point Resort // Elizabeth+Ronnie

Mission Point Resort Wedding Photography

When I met Elizabeth on the morning of her wedding, at the salon where she was getting her hair done, she told me that her family had been coming to Mackinac Island every year on that exact same weekend, for the past 20 years.  Of course, this meant that there was no other location, or day, that would have been more perfect for Elizabeth's marriage to Ronnie to take place.

Elizabeth+Ronnie had their first date (and first kiss!) on July 4th and they said "I love you" for the first time on Feb.14th.  Elizabeth knew before they were engaged, that she wanted to spend the rest of her life with Ronnie and that she would love him forever.  On October 2nd, while out on their boat, Ronnie tried over and over to take a fun "self-portrait" of the two of them, but the camera kept falling over.  So after many failed attempts, and with Elizabeth nearly giving up, Ronnie finally got the camera set up, proposed to Elizabeth, and captured the perfect moment in a picture.

Elizabeth+Ronnie, we had so much fun with the both of you, and your friends and families were wonderful!  We hope you are having a GREAT time in Hawaii!!!  Enjoy these first few pictures from the beginning of your day (more to come soon!)!!!

Mackinac Island Wedding // Elizabeth + Ronnie

Here is a sneak peek into Elizabeth + Ronnie's wedding that took place last weekend at Mission Point Resort on Mackinac Island!  Here's one of my favorite images from some shots we got on Elizabeth's parents boat, which was docked at the Mackinac Island Marina...

And here's how Mark got the shot (yes, Mark can talk his way into just about anything, including getting complete strangers to take him out in their dingy so he can get a shot from the water!) ...
